Returns

We really hope you love what you've bought online. But if you decide it's not quite right, you can return any full-priced items for store credit.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.

Customers will be required to pay for all return shipping costs.

To start a return, log in to your account or contact us at hello@aprilandmai.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please ensure that your return adheres to our criteria above. Items failing to meet these standards will not be approved for store credit and will be sent back to you at your own cost. april + mai retains the discretion to reject a return deemed ineligible if we determine the items haven't been returned in the same condition as they were originally shipped.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with your issued store credit.

 

Faulty Items
We aim to ensure that every item you receive is in perfect shape, but sometimes defects may go unnoticed. If you've received an item that is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For items with a minor fault, we will offer an exchange of the item via store credit.

For items that are deemed by april + mai as having a major fault, your choice between a full refund or store credit will be issued upon inspection and approval.

If an item is damaged due to improper care, april + mai is not responsible for a replacement, refund or issuance of store credit.
